A Long History of Transport
Stevens Trucking was founded in 1944 in Delano California by Gus Stevens, who aspired to make a difference in the transportation of agricultural commodities. In 1978 Gus Stevens and his son, Rick L. Stevens, formed a partnership and Gus entrusted his son with the day to day operations of the company. After Gus retired in 1984, the company was incorporated as Stevens Transportation, Inc.
The company continues to thrive today under the leadership of Rick L. Stevens, who serves as President and continues to play a vital role in the daily operations of the business.
